July Virtual Chapter Meeting

Dr. Danielson's talk "Crisis Leadership - Lessons Learned from Management in Extreme Situations for Today's Challenges"  will draw from her 15 years of experience spent at NASA Johnson Space Center, where she navigated three major hurricanes, two government shutdowns, a major financial crunch, and long term medical crisis.

In this presentation she'll focus on supporting High Performance Culture during times of crisis, from protecting the Apollo moon rocks to vacuum testing the James Webb Space Telescope, and show how times of crisis have many commonalities. As leaders, what key takeaways can we learn from past events that help guide us today? What is the outlook for the future for us and our teams and how can we affect positive changes?"
