Jenna Casias is a Weapons Program Manager for Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) with 23 years of project/program management experience in both capital projects and weapons programs. Jenna has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of Santa Fe and received an Executive Master of Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management in August 2018. In 2015, Jenna formed LANL’s first Project Management Women’s Group and was recognized as one of LANL’s Inspiring Women for her contributions to the field of Project Management at LANL. Today, Jenna supports the Weapons Engineering Division heading the first-of-its kind Weapons Program Integration Schedule.
Kent Augustine has been in IT leadership for more than 3 decades. 25 years of that was spent as the CEO of a software development company in California where he managed the development of over 30 enterprise software solutions, 120 client web/ecommerce sites and a variety of large data services solutions. These projects covered a wide variety of clients from fortune 500 companies to startups in a diverse set of industries including automotive, manufacturing, education, construction, agriculture, oil and gas production and financial services. In 2015 Kent and his wife moved to Santa Fe where began working for the New Mexico Department of Health, first as a contractor, then as the IT manager responsible for all enterprise applications and beginning in early 2019, as the PMO Bureau Chief.
Timothy (Tim) Jerome, PMP® MBA, is a thought leader, lecturer, and mentor on topics of Project Management, Business, and Leadership across the planet. Tim has held the PMP® credential since 2003, a member of PMI since 2001, and has led and supported projects globally for over 20 years. Areas of expertise include Data Center design, implementation and transition, IT technology transformation, Enterprise PC fleet management, and business decision making within finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and government industries, and their constituent sectors. As business consultant, Tim has enjoyed collaborating with and supporting decision makers of many Fortune 50s and 100s. Tim has taught Project Management and PMP® Certification Preparation courses for 15 years, assisting in educating and supporting thousands of project managers. Recognized Internationally, Tim hosts topic sessions, seminars, leads Project Management and PMP® preparation courses, has written exams and course material, and is Platinum Faculty Member and Program Advisor with Simplilearn Solutions.. Tim has enjoyed many volunteer activities in the Rio Grande Valley, and looks forward to continuing participation in promoting and supporting the goals of Project Management and PMI. He also enjoys a good cup of coffee.
